Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, except Amex. If you are shopping from anywhere else in the world, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.

A contract between you and Sprogs will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items dispatched.

Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct, but we reserve the right to affect changes, these will be notified to you at the time of ordering.

All products offered for sale are priced in pounds Sterling.
If You Have a Complaint
If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately by e-mail to info@sprogs.org.uk or by phone 01242 604833. All complaints will be acknowledged within one working day. Any complaint will be dealt with fairly, effectively and confidentially. These complaints will be dealt within seven working days. These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer's statutory rights.
