Betsy is a rag doll measuring approx 37 cms and is dressed in a pinafore dress, t-shirt, and pants, which can all be taken off to change her clothes. She has light hair tied in plaits and has a very friendly face! Her body can be sponge washed, making her a lovely gift for newborn and young children. What is particularly nice is the quality of the hair, which is actually sewn in, as opposed to lots of rag dolls on the market, where the hair is glued. These rag dolls are from a range that we are stocking from an ethical company who apply the principles of Fair Trade to their manufacturing. They are from Sri Lanka and the company does not employ any children, fair wages are paid and there is a UK contact permanently based there to monitor working conditions and ensure the products are made to the highest quality.
