Postage

All postage costs are for UK postage only. Please email for costs for overseas postage.

When calculating postage, all our products are weighed and the charge is based on the total weight of all products in a single order. This means that the postage cost per item can go down if you order more products in one order.

Delivery

We deal with all orders received Monday to Friday on the day they are received and confirm receipt by email. Any orders received over the weekend are dealt with on Monday. We post everything by First Class Royal Mail and endeavour to despatch all orders within one working day. If required, Special Delivery can be arranged by emailing us separately.

Returns Policy

Sometimes you might decide on receipt of an item, that it is not suitable for you or your family. We ask for these to be returned within a week, in as new condition.

Any products found faulty or damaged must be reported to us within 48hrs of receipt. Goods must be returned to us and be accompanied with reasons for return. On receipt of the goods a full refund will be given.
